Meet Julie Linker,

LicensED Clinical Psychologist

Ready to assist in your journey towards wholeness and happiness.

YOU’RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE.

I’m here to help.

You want clear answers and real outcomes. As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I am specially trained to understand, diagnose, and treat people who might not fit typical mental health labels. With over 25 years of experience, I have grown to understand the complexities of how emotional and mental disorders can show up, and how they can be effectively treated using science-backed strategies. In my practice, I provide therapy services for anxiety, various phobias, OCD and related disorders, body dysmorphia, and ADHD, as well as various life transitions. I generally work with adults and adolescents ages 14+.

I also provide psychological evaluation and testing services for ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as comprehensive evaluations to diagnose and develop treatment plans for complex or complicated mental health or symptom presentations.

My style

I believe that effective tools and compassionate support can transform your life.

In my 25 years of working as a psychologist, I have learned and used many science-backed tools to effectively treat emotional and mental health disorders. I’ve come to appreciate that a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work for most people— so I get to know you, and then apply my experience and understanding of evidence-based practices to work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan. Many of my clients discover that after a few sessions, they gain insight and tools that have previously alluded them. With compassion, curiosity, and respect, I will work with you towards your goals. It’s serious work, but I take a light approach, with plenty of room for humor and authenticity. If you are ready to do transformational work, I’m here to help.

My guiding principles

Taking Action

Change isn’t easy, but finding new ways to relate to your thoughts and emotions leads to growth. I’ll be with you in that journey.

Respect

I value and am curious about what you bring to the table— your background, beliefs, and life experiences. I appreciate and respect all, including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and neurodiverse individuals.

Transparency

You are in the driver’s seat. I will provide direction and support, but where we are going and how fast we go is up to you.

Safety

Working with a psychologist can feel vulnerable. We will partner together to make sure you are comfortable— even those things that have been a source of shame will be met with sensitivity and compassion.
